LUKE DANIELS, DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
With over 11 years of real estate development and investment experience, Luke Daniels serves as Development Director for GLJ Partners. His responsibilities include site selection, acquisition and financial underwriting, procurement of project entitlements and debt and third party equity, and management of ongoing development and financial activities.
Prior to joining GLJ Partners, Luke served as Associate Developer at CLB Partners, an urban infill multi-family real estate development and investment company where he was responsible for pre-development and development activities in Southern California. At CLB Partners Luke contributed to the development of four high profile mixed-use properties totaling 299 condominiums, eight affordable apartments, 35,000 square feet of retail and a public parking garage.
Before his tenure at CLB Partners, Luke began his real estate career as a Development Coordinator for Intracorp, an urban infill multi-family real estate development company, where he contributed to the development of eight properties totaling 660 condominiums and 268 apartments and 60,000 square feet of retail.
A licensed California real estate broker, Luke is an active participant in Urban Land Institute and serves as a board member for the Coggan Aquatic Complex in La Jolla, California. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Real Estate from the University of Southern California, where he was a four-year varsity letterman in Men’s Water Polo and a starting player on the 1998 NCAA National Championship Team.
Luke resides in La Jolla, California, with his wife and two children.
